66. Every person who contravenes any of sections 12 to 16, the first paragraph of section 23 or section 64 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $6,000 to $600,000.

66. Every person who contravenes any of sections 12 to 17, the first paragraph of section 23 or 38 or section 64 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $6,000 to $600,000.

66. An offence against any of sections 12 to 18, 23 or 38 makes the offender liable:
(1)  in the case of a natural person, to a fine of not less than $2,000 and not more than $20,000;
(2)  in the case of a legal person, to a fine of not less than $5,000 and not more than $50,000.
The fines shall be doubled in the case of a repeat offence.
